What is the EM Studios Guarantee?

To make it easy to work with us, all EM Studios Packages are fully guaranteed. You can be confident that you’ll get what we’ve promised. There are 2 ways to take advantage of our guarantee.

1. Once you have received our preliminary rough cut, and are unhappy with what you see, you can cancel and get your full deposit back.

2. Once you’ve approved your rough cut, we’ll deliver a package that gives you 100% satisfaction or we’ll keep revising and improving until it meets your standards, including reshooting if necessary.

What rights do I have to created visual content?

All EM Studios package visual content comes with an unlimited use license. You can use it anyway you want.

What content do I get with my package?

You get all finished product items delivered via our web portal and we can also provide to you on a hard disk if that’s easier for you. You also receive a library of quality clips that can be used for any purpose.

How do I access the full library?

Once your package invoice is paid in full, you will get a password for access to your entire video library.

How long does a project take?

After signing our agreement, in most cases we are able to deliver your completed, ready to use package in 8 weeks or less. Some deliverables may be available sooner and we can prioritize based on your needs.

Does EM Studios produce custom work?

YES!
