At EM Studios, we’re not happy until you are. That’s why we guarantee our work. We will not take on clients that are not a fit and if we cannot deliver our absolute best.
We understand it can be a large financial commitment for you and a sometimes complex, mission critical assignment for our team. You’ll speak to our team members to gain confidence that we can deliver. You’ll review our past work and speak to our current customers to get even more comfortable. But to be sure we are the right choice, we minimize your risk with our satisfaction commitment and guarantee.
There are 2 ways to take advantage of our guarantee.
Once you have received our preliminary rough cut footage and/or samples we’ve agreed upon, or anytime up til then and you are unhappy with what you see, you do not like working with us, or for no reason at all, you can cancel and get your full deposit back.
Once you’ve approved your preliminary/rough cuts, we’ll deliver a package that gives you 100% satisfaction or we’ll keep revising and improving until it meets your standards, including reshooting, if necessary.
